The function of disassembly joint is to add a limit device to the original performance and lock it with double nuts at the oversized expansion and contraction. The pipe can be freely expanded and contracted within the allowed expansion volume, and once the oversized expansion volume is exceeded, it can be used as a limiting device to ensure the operation of the pipe.
1 . Loosen the pressure plate bolt before installation, stretch the disassembly joint to the installation length, and then tighten the bolt diagonally, do not press the deviation.
2 . The disassembly joint should be installed between two fixed brackets on the straight section of the pipe, and there should be no guiding bracket and gear to ensure the normal expansion and contraction of the disassembly joint and prevent pulling off.
3 . The disassembly joint is made of good steel, and the operating temperature of the disassembly joint is 150℃-300℃. The pressure range of the disassembly joint is 1MPa, 1.6MPa.
4 . Before installing the disassembly joint, loosen the pressure plate bolt, pull the disassembly joint to the installation length and tighten the pressure plate bolt by diagonal method, do not press the deviation, then, connect the two ends of the product.
